Assembler - 2nd Shift

Join our team as an Assembler on the 2nd shift, where you will be an integral part of our cleanroom assembly process.

You will work meticulously under a microscope using small hand tools to assemble intricate components, such as coiling wire and small tubing, for catheters that prevent brain aneurysms.

Additional Information:

  • Monday through Saturday, 3:30pm to 12am
  • Mandatory Overtime.
  • Need to be open to working up to 10-12 hour days Monday-Friday and 8 to 10 hours on Saturdays. This won't be all the time but the definitely need to be prepared and open to it.
  • The managers will post the Saturday schedule on Wednesdays. Any requests for Saturdays off need to be requested before the schedule is posted on Wednesday. If requested after Wednesday, then Saturday will be mandatory for them and considered an unexcused absence if missed.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in a cleanroom environment assembling small components using microscopes and hand tools.
  • Maintain excellent attendance, adhering to the policy which allows only one absence and one late occurrence within the first 90 days.
  • Ensure high-quality assembly standards are met consistently.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in using small hand tools.
  • Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.
  • Experience in cleanroom or manufacturing environments is highly desired.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Entry-level candidates are welcome if they can pass a hand assessment test.
  • Ability to work long hours, including potential shifts of 10 hours a day, six days a week.

Work Environment:

  • You will be working in a cleanroom environment that requires wearing a full gown.
  • The team operates typically 40 to 45 hours a week, with some shifts potentially extending to 10 hours a day, six days a week.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
