Hiring for Mechanical Assembler – Anoka/Brooklyn Park Area

We are hiring Mechanical Assemblers to build diaphragm pumps used for transferring liquids like water and oil. This is a hands-on role working with tools and assembling parts on a production line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble pumps using hand and power tools
• Follow step-by-step work instructions (computer-based)
• Read blueprints to understand parts and assembly steps
• Work in a team (3–4 people) on an assembly line
• Test finished products to ensure quality
• Help with labeling and packaging when needed
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of manufacturing or tool experience
• Ability to use hand and power tools (drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.)
• Basic blueprint reading skills
• Comfortable standing for long hours and doing repetitive work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Nice to Have:

• Mechanical assembly experience
• Experience with test equipment, fixtures, or presses
• Warehouse or general production experience

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
