Job Description:

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to inspect, repair, and maintain plant equipment. You'll work with tools and machinery to keep production running smoothly, including emergency repairs and routine maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, install, repair, and rebuild plant equipment
• Read manuals, drawings, and work orders
• Perform emergency and scheduled repairs
• Maintain equipment like conveyors, pumps, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Use hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, and power tools

Skills Needed:

• Welding, fabrication, and mechanical troubleshooting
• Electrical knowledge (3-phase, PLCs, schematics)
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
• Ability to cut, weld, splice belts, and make chains
• Strong mechanical aptitude

Qualifications:

• Flexible to work different shifts, weekends, and overtime
• Able to disassemble and rebuild various equipment
• Comfortable working around large machinery and furnaces
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Support lean manufacturing practices

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.18 - $27.32/hr.
