Immediate Hiring: Production Worker – $18.40/hr | Spokane Valley, WA
Join our team as a Production Worker, helping cast, paint, and package ceramic hearth products for fireplaces. This role includes light-duty painting and packaging, as well as physically active casting tasks involving lifting and pouring 40lb buckets of mud into molds every 15–20 minutes. Cross-training available across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cast ceramic products using molds
- Perform painting and packaging tasks
- Inspect products for quality
- Use hand tools: drills, scrapers, paint brushes, sprayers, barcode readers
- Follow work orders and maintain a clean workspace
Requirements:
- Experience in production, assembly, or general manufacturing
- Able to lift 30–40 lbs regularly
- Prior fiber casting experience a plus

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.25/hr.
