Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to manage and maintain inventory control processes. This role is essential for ensuring accurate inventory levels and supporting the overall warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on daily cycle counts.
• Perform independent stock checks and verify inventory accuracy.
• Maintain inventory classifications and cycle count groups.
• Execute daily scrap transactions in the ERP system (PanaCIM/AX or similar).
• Review cycle count results and request and validate recounts as needed.
• Support warehouse supervisors with day-to-day inventory tasks.
• Assist with external inventory audits.
• Maintain and report cycle count accuracy metrics.
• Create Pareto analyses to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Monitor progress of the ABC cycle count program.
• Support inventory-related projects and communicate requirements to leadership.
• Maintain documentation including Cycle Count Policy and QMP.
• Ensure compliance with all inventory processes.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in inventory control and counting.
• Experience with BOMs and auditing.
• Knowledge of ERP and MRP systems.
• Strong verbal, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to interpret and maintain proper inventory movements and accurate inventory levels.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.44 - $27.22/hr.
