Looking to expand experience into Diagnostic Manufacturing? Hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

As a Cleanroom Production Operator, you will play a critical role in manufacturing by adhering to cGMP and ISO standards. You will assemble cartridges and reagent kit components, follow manufacturing SOPs, and work both independently and as part of an assembly line team. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining a safe work environment, resolving line issues, and suggesting improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cartridges and reagent kit components.
• Follow cGMP and ISO standards or guidelines.
• Organize and maintain floor area and supplies.
• Work independently and as part of an assembly line team.
• Maintain a safe work environment with respect to chemicals and equipment.
• Resolve line issues and suggest improvements.
• Operate all manufacturing line equipment.
• Adhere to the manufacturing schedule and complete work orders on time.
• Review completed device manufacturing records and work orders, identify and correct errors, and submit finished documentation for quality release.
• Serve as a role model for cGMP manufacturing.
• Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production, fast food, retail, or assembly.
• Familiarity with cleanroom and packaging environments.
• Knowledge of SOPs, GMP, and medical device manufacturing.
• High School Diploma required.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a cleanroom environment.
• Ability to work different shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.16/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
