Job Description

Hiring assemblers to perform medical assembly under a microscope. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Will assemble start to finish medical devices utilizing the microscope,
• Follow and adhere to SOP, line clearance, and documentation practices.
• Read and follow work instructions and production drawings.
• Successfully complete training on production tasks, understanding travelers/routers, identifying materials, and using production/inspection tools and equipment.
• Operate tools and equipment, and complete necessary documentation.
• Perform equipment set-up, operation, and in-process inspection to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with Engineers and Supervisors to ensure product integrity and quality.
• Assist Engineers in developing process documentation.
• Receive verbal instructions and execute other assigned duties.
• Perform inventory counts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of assembly, production, or small electronics experience (will train).
• Prior experience with microscopes and medical assembly is preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform in-process inspections to ensure quality of medical devices.
• Cleanroom experience or PPE experience preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
