Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot and service HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal performance through testing and data analysis.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of control operations and sequences for commercial HVAC systems.
Utilize a broad range of trade skills—including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, and HVAC—to resolve maintenance issues.
Conduct minor repairs in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems as needed.
Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members through clear and professional communication.
Participate in an on-call rotation to support emergency service needs.
Minimum of 5 years of HVAC and general maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
Certified two-year HVAC technical certificate or state-approved HVAC license.
Hands-on experience with industrial and commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
Valid driver's license.
EPA Universal Refrigeration Certification.
This is a mobile HVAC Technician role, providing a company van, phone, tools, and a gas card. Choose from two available schedules: 5 am-1 pm or 12:00 pm-8:30 pm.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
