Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team in supporting HVAC and refrigeration systems across a variety of industrial and commercial environments. This role involves proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and travel to customer sites for service and installations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform proactive and preventative maintenance to reduce equipment failures.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems.
• Travel up to 60% nationwide to customer sites for installations, service, and support.
• Document service activities and communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.

Essential Skills

• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Proficiency in mechanical repair and refrigerant handling.
• Experience with HVAC system diagnostics and repair.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with chillers, boilers, and industrial refrigeration systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and electrical diagrams.
• Familiarity with control panels, PLCs, thermostats, and control circuits.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $95000.00/year.
