Refrigeration Service Technician

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll ensure the reliable operation of HVAC and refrigeration systems through proactive maintenance, expert troubleshooting, and hands-on installations. This position involves traveling up to 60% across the U.S. to support customer sites, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and assess HVAC and refrigeration systems for performance and faults
Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
Travel nationwide (up to 60%) for equipment installations and service calls

Required Qualifications

Proven experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems
Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and control systems
Ability to perform maintenance and repairs independently
EPA Universal Certification required

Preferred Skills

Experience servicing chillers and boilers
Ability to read and interpret schematics and electrical diagrams
Familiarity with control panels and electronic controllers (PLCs, thermostats, control circuits)
