HVAC Service Technician- Residential
Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues in residential settings, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Perform regular maintenance and tune-ups on HVAC systems, install, replace, and upgrade HVAC units and components, and ensure compliance with local and national HVAC codes and regulations.

Demonstrate knowledge of residential HVAC systems, ductwork, and ventilation.
Work Environment:
The service position is based around the DMV area with a highly flexible schedule. Availability is key, as service calls are conducted 7 days a week, with each technician managing their own schedule, including weekend and emergency calls.
Job Type & Location:
This is a permanent position based out of Manassas, Virginia.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $65,000.00 - $93,000.00/yr.
