HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing service work and repairs on HVAC equipment. You will troubleshoot and diagnose issues and execute the necessary repairs. This role requires working on rooftops and within facilities, climbing ladders, and using lifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform service work and repairs on HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues.
• Execute necessary repairs on HVAC systems.
• Work on rooftops and within facility environments.
• Climb ladders and utilize lifts for equipment access.

Essential Skills

• Experience in commercial or industrial HVAC service.
• State Certified Journeyman card holder or equivalent with 8 years of experience.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and making repairs.
• Experience working on RTUs, chillers, water towers or cooling towers, VFDs, boilers, and air handlers.
• EPA Certified.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of chilled water system analysis tool (CWSAT).
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Experience with preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with sheet metal, installation, refrigeration, and electrical components.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80080.00 - $80080.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
