Hvac Service Technician And Plumber

Seeking a HVAC service technician and a plumber, where you will perform plumbing/HVAC installations, troubleshoot and repair systems, and provide excellent customer service in residential and light commercial settings. Your work will adhere to all local, state, and national plumbing codes while engaging in continuous learning of the latest plumbing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace water heaters, pipes, fixtures, faucets, water softeners, and sump pumps.
• Diagnose leaks, clogs, and system malfunctions, providing effective repairs and solutions.
• Clear clogs, repair sewer lines, and ensure proper drainage.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to prevent plumbing emergencies.
• Respond quickly to urgent plumbing issues such as burst pipes, water heater failures, and major leaks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, parts used, and system conditions.

Essential Skills

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, piping, and components.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagnose issues, and perform quality repairs.
• Proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• State of Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Plumber License (preferred but not required).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $93600.00/yr.
