HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional HVAC service, including installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues with accuracy and efficiency.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely completion of services.
- Apply technical skills and knowledge to perform tasks safely and effectively.
- Comply with all safety standards, including 'Lock Out/Tag Out' procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality on all private, sensitive, and proprietary business issues and concerns.
- Be available for on-call duty outside of regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Essential Skills
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC technician.
- EPA Certification.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Strong technical skills in diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of HVAC tools, equipment, and safety standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Associate's degree or technical certification in HVAC or a related field.
- Prior experience in residential and light commercial HVAC service.
- Experience with Service Titan.

Work Environment
The role primarily involves fieldwork at customer sites, with occasional office-based tasks. Expect to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions, including extreme temperatures and weather. The position requires physical activity such as climbing ladders, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Safety equipment and support are provided for handling heavier items. Be prepared for working in confined spaces or at heights.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
