Residential HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for running service and maintenance calls, diagnosing and repairing HVAC failures, and ensuring systems are evacuated and charged properly. You will perform low and high voltage connections on HVAC equipment and follow dispatch procedures diligently.

Responsibilities

  • Run service and maintenance calls as scheduled and according to policy and procedure.
  • Diagnose HVAC failures and successfully repair them.
  • Test and braze line sets, evacuate and charge systems.
  • Complete simple low and high voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, and air conditioners.
  • Follow dispatching procedures before and after each call.
  • Turn in all parts related to warranty calls.
  • Be available to perform on-call duties one weekend a month.
  • Follow through all sales to completion.
  • Build strong relationships with customers.

Essential Skills

  • Must have an EPA Certification.
  • Valid Driver's license required.
  • At least 1 year experience or certified HVAC training.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic HVAC hand tools.
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Experience with HVAC systems, equipment, electrical, refrigeration, installation, and preventive maintenance.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Tennessee.Re

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
