As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes and multi-unit properties. You will ensure these systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local codes. This role requires working independently or in teams, with projects ranging from single-family homes to multi-family properties.

Work Environment
Service Technicians work in teams of 2 or independently, reporting to a service lead or manager. The standard shift is Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, with the possibility of shifts ranging from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm or later. Overtime is common, requiring willingness to work 10-20 additional hours per week. Technicians are on-call one day per week, averaging 3-4 days per month. Projects involve both new builds and older homes, requiring professionalism and strong customer service skills when working in lived-in properties.
