HVAC Journeyman Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Journeyman Service Technician to join our commercial service team in Oklahoma City. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a commitment to safety, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while performing maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on commercial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, and air handling units.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
  • Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations for additional service.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and internal team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry standards.
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed.

Essential Skills

  • Journeyman HVAC license (Oklahoma).
  • EPA Section 608 Certification.
  • Commercial HVAC service experience (minimum 2–5 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of refrigeration circuits, airflow, electrical components, and diagnostics.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Field service experience.
  • Experience in mechanical journeyman, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Great attitude and reliability.
  • Ability to manage lower-level technicians.

Pay and Benefits
