HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, and split systems. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and a thorough understanding of controls and schematics. Technicians should hold relevant certifications such as an Apprentice HVAC License, Journeyman License, a valid Driver's License, and Universal EPA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and ancillary equipment like chillers, cooling towers, and air handling units.
• Diagnose and repair issues with refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, including wiring, filters, drain lines, and mechanical wear.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in HVAC installation and service.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Minimum of five years of related experience or training in HVAC installation and service.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Apprentice HVAC License.
• HVAC Journeyman License.
• Universal EPA Certification.
• Ability to understand mechanical equipment, drawings, and schematics.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $93000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
