3rd Shift - Hospital Service Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Hospital Service Technician for the 3rd shift with rotating days of work, including weekends. This role requires working from 11:00pm to 7:00am.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
  • Confidently communicate with clinical staff regarding equipment features and functionality.
  • Provide quality service, adhere to quality standards, and meet both customer and company metrics.
  • Pick up, clean, and process all equipment, preparing it for patient-ready use by following all company and hospital protocols.
  • Manage equipment within the hospital to ensure efficient flow and availability.
  • Maintain professional relationships with hospital staff and act as a subject-matter expert in customer service.

Essential Skills:

  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours to support a 24/7 schedule.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Quality control and inventory management skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Collaborative work style.
  • Detail-oriented and adept at customer resolutions.
  • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods.

Work Environment:

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Worcester, MA.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
