Medical Assembler

Join our team as a Medical Assembler where you will play a crucial role in producing and inspecting various catheter devices by hand and using specialized equipment. You will follow work instructions to assemble medical devices in a clean room environment, utilizing small instruments to solder and assemble catheters for the heart. You will work with a microscope and be responsible for documenting information accurately for each product, ensuring that every step is completed correctly the first time.

Responsibilities

• Produce and inspect catheter devices using specialized equipment.
• Follow detailed work instructions in a clean room environment.
• Utilize small instruments for soldering and assembling catheters.
• Work with microscopes for precision in assembling medical devices.
• Document information accurately for each product.

Essential Skills

• Experience in wire assembly, microscope use, and cleanroom procedures.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and follow medical device assembly instructions.
• Proficiency in soldering and catheter assembly.
• High attention to detail in medical and mechanical assembly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a medical device clean room manufacturing environment.
• 1+ year of catheter-specific or manual soldering experience.
• Ability to understand and interpret written procedures.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with microscopes and handling small parts.
• Proficient in basic math and mathematical problem-solving.

This is a Contract position based out of Rogers, Minnesota.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
