We are seeking a skilled mechanical assembler to join our team. You will primarily be responsible for brazing copper to copper piping using an oxyacetylene torch, ensuring each unit meets custom specifications. This role involves cutting piping to length, brazing it together, and assembling the housing for these units. You will need to interpret blueprints and work collaboratively to ensure all projects meet customer needs. This position requires considerable physical activity, including bending, kneeling, and twisting throughout the day.

Work in a large, well-lit manufacturing building, collaborating in teams of 3-4 people in a fast-paced environment. While the work is physically demanding and can get dirty, the shop is kept clean and organized. The hours are 5:00am-3:30pm, Monday through Thursday. Although there is no A/C, fans are used to maintain airflow. Steel-toed shoes and long pants are required daily.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ramsey, MN.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
