Responsibilities

• Remove excess material from adhesive sheets using hands, tweezers, and small picks.
• Perform tasks while seated at a desk, requiring repetitive hand motions and visual attention.
• Assist in loading sheets into a coating and finishing machine.
• Conduct quality inspection and counting of finished products.
• Apply heat transfer labels to clothing using a heat transfer press.

Essential Skills

• Entry-level experience in general production.
• Attention to detail for inspecting and counting products.

Work Environment

The position offers both 1st and 2nd shift options, with 1st shift running from 7:00am to 3:30pm and 2nd shift from 3:30pm to 12:00am. The plant maintains a warmer environment without being excessively hot. Safety is a priority, requiring the use of safety shoes, ear protection, and eye protection. Most tasks are performed while seated, though standing for extended periods is sometimes necessary. Music can be enjoyed with headphones, although phones are not permitted in production areas.

This is a Contract position based out of Miamisburg, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
