General Laborer

This role involves replacing old yellow fabric with new yellow fabric while holding inventory. The position requires comfort with heavy lifting of up to 50 pounds repetitively in a loud and fast-paced environment. You will work as part of a team to complete a specific number of swaps within a designated time frame. Additionally, maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures is essential.

Responsibilities

• Replace old yellow fabric with new yellow fabric.
• Handle inventory management.
• Perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Work collaboratively in a team to achieve swap targets within time constraints.

Essential Skills

• Experience with general labor tasks.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Background in construction, production, or carpentry.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Capability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 45 lbs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
