Shipping Clerk
Perform quality work within deadlines, either independently or as part of a team. Interact professionally with colleagues, customers, and suppliers, while effectively communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees.
Responsibilities
- Receive goods via UPS/FEDEX/LTL, including removing skids from LTL trucks.
- Verify product counts upon receipt and move them into inventory locations using ERP software.
- Count and pick products from inventory using ERP software.
- Move products to the press for production.
- Maintain physical inventory counts and manage cycle and annual physical inventories.
- Utilize UPS Worldship and FEDEX Ship Manager for small package shipping.
- Prepare, manage, and store daily shipments via UPS/FEDEX.
- Load LTL trucks for outgoing shipments.
- Manage LTL pallets, including building, storing, and removing.
Essential Skills
- Experience in inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
- Proficiency with ERP systems.
- Ability to operate packing, picking, and pallet jack equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in a warehouse setting using shipping and receiving skills.
- At least three years of experience with ERP or inventory software management.
- Working knowledge of WIP, FIFO, cycle counts, and physical inventory.
- Ability to perform repetitive duties for 8 hours in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting, overhead reaching, heavy pushing, climbing, and standing for 8 hours daily.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.

Work Environment
This position operates in a manufacturing environment with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. The role involves physical activities such as heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.

This is a Contract position based out of Emmaus, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
