Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Multi Craft Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Your role will involve troubleshooting and repairing production machines and facility equipment, including PLCs, electrical systems, and more. You will also be responsible for providing both emergency and scheduled repairs and conducting preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on production machines and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, modify, and repair PLCs (Allen Bradley & Siemens).
• Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480v.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled and scheduled repairs on production equipment.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, volt meters, and material handling equipment.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and replace/install electrical AC/DC controls and power distribution.
• Work from drawings, blueprints, worksheets, and other related documents.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment using precision measurement tools.
• Interpret schematics and equipment manuals to troubleshoot equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to increase equipment reliability.
• Repair, install, and program VFDs.
• Work in the CMMS (FIX) system.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in electrical and PLC troubleshooting.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Experience in preventive and industrial maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with HVAC, welding, and automation.
• Experience with maintenance, repair, and programmable logic control.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled, FDA-regulated environment with a flexible schedule of 6 p.m. - 6 a.m. or 6 a.m. - 6 p.m., consisting of 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, and 3 days off, providing every other weekend off. This schedule allows you to work half the month and half the year.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $77875.00/yr. Benefits - Health Medical Vision Dental HSA available after 90 days - 6% 401K Match
