Finisher Operator

Join our dynamic team as a Finisher Operator in the finishing department. You will play a crucial role in packaging, kitting, boxing, and operating machinery to print barcodes on valves, ensuring products are ready for customer delivery. This position involves quality assurance and achieving production quotas.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic packaging, kitting, and boxing tasks.
• Operate machines to print barcodes on products.
• Assist with shipping duties and prepare product rolls for customers.
• Conduct shrink-wrapping and basic production labor.
• Ensure quality assurance through attention to detail.
• Meet quota numbers for rolls packaged, with expectations during training and regular performance benchmarks.
• Participate in cross-training within different areas of the Finishing Department.

Essential Skills:

• Strong attention to detail for quality assurance.
• Ability to meet production quotas.
• Experience in assembly, kitting, and labeling.
• Mechanical inclination.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Prefer at least 1 year of experience in assembly or packaging.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with hoist assistance available.

Work Environment:

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $19.00/hr.
