Hiring For Entry Level Assemblers

Join a hands-on manufacturing team where you'll start by using a hand grinder to smooth metal parts. Over time, you'll learn basic fabrication tasks like cutting metal, using a brake press, spot welding, and preparing items for painting. You'll also help in other areas like assembly, packaging, and painting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use a hand grinder to polish metal.
• Measure and cut metal using a tape measure.
• Perform basic fabrication (brake press, spot welding).
• Help with buffing and prepping items for paint.
• Support other departments as needed.

Skills Needed:

• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Able to read a tape measure and do basic math.
• Mechanical skills from work, school, or hobbies.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience or shop class experience (welding, automotive, woodworking, etc.).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.84 - $22.09/hr.
