Finishing Carpenters

This is an exciting opportunity specializing in the manufacturing of pre-manufactured modular homes for multi-family living, and hospitality developments. The concept involves manufacturing entire buildings in a production environment, which are then transported to construction sites for assembly. We are seeking an experienced finishing carpenter to perform punch out tasks, with the position based in Albertville.

Responsibilities:

• Perform trim work
• Repair drywall
• Adjust doors
• Install hardware
• Conduct minor painting
• Prepare for staging

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years of skilled carpentry work on commercial and residential new builds
• Proficiency in reading blueprints
• Experience with construction, carpentry, and finish carpentry
• Knowledge of new construction and commercial building
• Ability to use a tape measure, cabinetry skills, and hand/power tools
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with commercial multi-family builds is a plus
• Ability to collaborate, lead, and be a team player
• Skilled in interpersonal communication by establishing and maintaining effective working relationships

Work Environment:

Work is conducted on-site in a state-of-the-art 180,000 square foot facility equipped with AC and heating. The facility operates two shifts: Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, with the first shift from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm and the second from 4:00 pm to 2:00 am. Enjoy a modern workspace with no site-to-site work required.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albertville, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
