We are seeking an assembler to perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. You will work from diagrams and drawings to make initial layouts and use hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws. You will be responsible for making continuity checks on work in process and completed assemblies. Additionally, you may conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with quality specifications and may disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.

The work schedule is a 1st shift 9x80A Work Schedule, with start times between 6am and 8am. This 9/80 schedule allows employees to work 80 hours over 9 days instead of the traditional 10-day, two-week period. The structure consists of 4 days of 9 hours and 1 day of 8 hours (usually Friday) in week 1, followed by 4 days of 9 hours with Friday off in week 2. Overtime applies to any days worked off schedule or once the minimum hours for the week are met, such as 44+ hours in week 1 or 36+ hours in week 2.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
