Now Hiring: Experienced Concrete Finisher

Pay: $33–$45/hour + Generous Sign-On Bonus

Location: Minneapolis

Schedule: Full-Time, Year-Round (Winter Work Included!)

What You'll Do

• Form and finish sidewalks, steps, ramps, entries, and other concrete structures
• Pour, level, and smooth concrete to meet high-quality standards
• Install rebar and operate hand and power tools
• Perform general site prep and labor tasks
• Take on additional duties as needed—teamwork makes the dream work

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of concrete finishing experience (5+ preferred)
• CDL A license and heavy equipment experience are a big plus
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and a collaborative mindset

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
