Clean Room Assembler

Hiring immediately for all shifts open at $20/hr.

Shifts:

1. 1st 6am to 2pm - $17.00
2. 2nd 2pm to 10pm - $19.55
3. 3rd 10pm to 6am - $20.40
4. Weekend Shift PM or AM - $20.40

Responsibilities:

• Assemble small parts with precision using tweezers.
• Operate machinery by placing parts in a jig and aligning them on a computer.
• Conduct quality checks using microscopes and magnifying glasses.
• Work in a clean room environment when needed.
• Operate a laser etching machine occasionally.

Essential Skills:

• 1+ year of experience in roles requiring attention to detail and quality control using microscopes, micrometers, or calipers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience working in a medical-related position is a plus.
• 1+ year of ERP experience is beneficial.

The work environment allows for casual attire, such as jeans and a polo or nice t-shirt. Safety goggles are provided due to the use of lasers, while steel toe boots are not required. If working in the clean room, employees will need to suit up each day.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kettering, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $19.55 - $20.40/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
