  • Maintain, test, and service transfer switches and AC/DC generators
  • Diagnose electrical issues, including relay switches and control systems

  • Ability to diagnose diesel engines and electrical components
  • Understanding of AC/DC generator circuitry

  • A technical degree in diesel tech, automotive, or similar field
  • 2+ years of electrical troubleshooting on engines/equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Work Environment

  • 90% of work outdoors — perfect for techs who prefer out-in-the-field work instead of being stuck in a shop
  • Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • Occasional work after 4:30 PM as needed
  • After the first year, you'll join an on-call rotation (supported and scheduled)

  • Continuous training on generators, electrical systems, and controls
  • Manufacturer training and certifications
  • Clear paths to Lead Tech, Controls Specialist, or Field Supervisor roles
  • A rapidly expanding company where top performers move up quickly

If you want a career, not just a job — this is it.
