This role supports a long-established plastics manufacturer serving the automotive industry by operating within an assigned work cell to handle injection-molded parts. You will load and unload parts from machines, perform visual and basic dimensional quality checks, and complete light assembly and trimming of excess materials to ensure finished products meet quality standards. Work Environment
The role is based in a very clean, modern manufacturing facility with a large production floor housing over 50 presses, including 1,500 to 4,000 ton presses and around 20 injection molding presses. The equipment includes dual profile rotary and two-shot injection presses from well-known manufacturers, supported by 60-ton overhead cranes. You will work in a structured production setting with clearly defined work cells and shifts: 1st shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., 2nd shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and 3rd shift from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. starting Monday night. The environment emphasizes cleanliness, safety, and efficient production flow, with standard industrial attire appropriate for a plastics manufacturing facility.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.50/hr.
