  • Handle parts carefully to prevent damage and minimize scrap.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and machine operators to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and guidelines while working around presses, overhead cranes, and other equipment.
  • Report any quality issues, equipment concerns, or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
  • Support shift transitions by communicating work status, quality concerns, and production priorities to incoming team members.

Essential Skills

  • Willingness to work assigned shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) and maintain punctuality.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools for trimming and light assembly tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous machine operating experience, especially with injection molding equipment, is preferred.
  • Experience with production, machine operation, inspection, and assembly tasks is beneficial.
  • Comfort working around large presses and overhead cranes.
  • Interest in learning additional responsibilities that can lead to roles such as material handler or quality inspector.

Work Environment

The role is based in a very clean, modern manufacturing facility with a large production floor housing over 50 presses, including 1,500 to 4,000 ton presses and around 20 injection molding presses. The equipment includes dual profile rotary and two-shot injection presses from well-known manufacturers, supported by 60-ton overhead cranes.
