The General Laborer will maintain a clean, safe, and debris-free environment on transfer decks, mezzanines, and automation zones, which include conveyors, lifts, shuttles, palletizing cells, and scanners/sensors. This position supports uptime and safety by removing debris, cleaning floors and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and coordinating with maintenance and operations to schedule cleaning during automation downtime.

Work Environment:
Warehouse conditions vary by zone, which may include cooler or warmer areas. The job requires frequent climbing of stairs and continuous walking on transfer decks and mezzanines. Two shifts are available: Tuesday to Friday from 7 PM to 5 AM, and Saturday to Monday from 5 PM to 5:30 AM. You will spend 50% of your time working on rollers, chest down, cleaning confined spaces and checking automation tracking tape, and 50% of your time walking inside automation stations, picking up spillage, debris, and wiping down automation equipment.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
