Manufacturing Associate - All Shifts Open - Pay up to $20/hr

Operate the mill using both manual and automatic controls to ensure efficient processing. Monitor the threading of strips through mill processes, making necessary adjustments to tooling and mechanical components to minimize scrap and waste. Produce high-quality products that meet output and cost standards, perform and record quality checks, and maintain a safe and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Operate mill using manual and automatic controls.

Essential Skills

• Experience in general labor, production, machine operation, and machine operating.
• Knowledge of using hand tools and power tools.
• Forklift operation skills.
• Good attendance record.
• Ability to pass a physical and drug screen.
• Ability to work all shifts.
• Attention to detail.
• Good math, verbal, mechanical, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer and printer skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use gauges, calipers, and other measuring instruments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Physical stamina and strength.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $42640.00/yr.
