Seeking an experienced Framing Foreman to lead a team in rough framing for commercial buildings and high-end custom homes. Responsibilities include layout and framing of walls, flooring systems, and structural components using a variety of tools and equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee and lead a team of laborers on-site
- Execute rough framing of wood structures
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Operate framing tools (nail guns, air compressors, man lifts, etc.)
Additional qualifications:
- 3+ years of framing or equivalent carpentry experience
- Prior experience as a foreman or lead
- Proficiency with all standard framing tools
Compensation:
- Hourly Pay: $25.00 – $35.00/hr
- Benefits including health insurance and 401k
