The Forklift Operator safely and accurately handles inbound and outbound freight in a warehouse that supports utility and power line operations. This role focuses on loading and unloading materials, preparing shipping documentation, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and supporting basic office functions such as taking customer calls, processing orders, and performing inventory checks.

This role is based in a non-climate-controlled, smaller warehouse that handles materials related to utility and power lines for various electrical companies. The work involves frequent forklift operation, material handling, and movement within the warehouse. You will use computer systems for order processing and inventory checks. The environment can be physically active, with exposure to varying temperatures and typical warehouse conditions, and requires adherence to safety procedures and appropriate work attire suitable for an industrial warehouse setting. Work hours may vary based on business needs, including occasional extended or irregular shifts during emergency storm situations.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Watterson Park, KY.
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
