Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate where you will play a crucial role in the operations of our medical device distribution facility. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing orders, inbound receiving, and maintaining inventory integrity. This position requires the ability to move pallets using a pallet jack and may involve some lifting and general duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle the receiving function by verifying the accuracy of products and warehousing them to their assigned location.
• Select products accurately according to customer order specifications.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in all physical inventories and cycle count activities.
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks such as loading and unloading freight.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Essential Skills

• Ability to stand for the entire 8-hour shift.
• Willingness to work overtime as required due to business needs.
• Forklift operators must have 2+ years of experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Preferred equipment operator experience with Forklift, Reach Truck, or Cherry Picker.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, organized, and air-conditioned medical device distribution facility. The warehouse environment is supportive, with potential overtime required when short-handed. The shift is from 11 am to 7:30 pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tolleson, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
