Food Services Worker

As a Food Services Worker, you will be responsible for prepping the kitchen for food preparation, performing various food preparation duties, cooking, maintaining a clean work environment, and conducting post-shift cleanup of the kitchen and cafeteria area.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the kitchen for daily food preparation activities.
• Perform food preparation duties and cooking tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Conduct post-shift cleanup of the kitchen and cafeteria area.

Essential Skills:

• Strong customer service orientation.
• Experience in food preparation and food service.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience as a cashier, line cook, or in retail sales is beneficial.
• Knowledge of food safety and tray line procedures.
• Experience in roles such as barista, chef, or meat cutter is advantageous.
• Prior experience in a food service setting is preferred but not mandatory, except for the grill cook position.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Superior, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $15.25 - $17.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
