Join our team as a Food Services Worker, where you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of excellent food service within a healthcare setting. Your responsibilities will include washing dishes, delivering trays to patients, collecting trays after meals, prepping food, and reading meal tickets to make trays for patients. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes efficiently and thoroughly.
• Deliver food trays to patients in a timely manner.
• Collect trays after meals to ensure cleanliness and order.
• Prepare food according to established guidelines.
• Read meal tickets carefully to create accurate meal trays for patients.

Essential Skills:

• Customer service focus with a hospitality mindset.
• Attention to detail, especially in maintaining cleanliness.
• Ability to read and understand meal tickets.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Good work history, with 1+ year at most jobs considered a plus.
• Entry-level candidates welcomed if they have a positive attitude and customer service focus.

Work Environment:

Work in a dynamic food service environment within a hospital setting, reporting to a Food Service Manager. Be open to working day shifts (5:30 am-2 pm) or PM shifts (10:30 am-7:30 pm), with a rotating weekend schedule. Overtime is available but not mandatory. Openings are available in Kenosha and Pleasant Prairie locations. Dress code includes scrubs, hair nets, beard nets, and covering tattoos.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00/hr.
