Immediate Job Opportunity: Road Construction Flagger
Location: Reading, PA
Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $16/hour to start, $17/hour after 90 days, $18/hour after 6 months
We're hiring Flaggers immediately to join a road construction crew in Reading, PA. If you're reliable, alert, and ready to work outdoors, this is your chance to start right away!
Job Responsibilities:
- Direct motorists and communicate detour routes clearly
- Ensure safety of construction teams on site
- Set up and tear down traffic control zones daily
- Remain alert and responsive to traffic flow
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Qualifications:
- No experience needed – entry-level welcome!
- Must have a valid PA Driver's License

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
