What You'll Do

As a Field Service Technician, you'll be the face of our company at client sites, delivering and setting up pump equipment with precision and care. Your day-to-day will include:

• Safely loading, transporting, and setting up rental pumps and accessories.
• Guiding customers on equipment operation and answering their questions.
• Breaking down and picking up equipment after use.
• Inspecting and documenting equipment condition and mileage logs.
• Troubleshooting and repairing minor issues on-site.
• Providing emergency on-call service as scheduled.

What You Bring

• At least one year of driving experience.
• At least one year of mechanical experience.
• Basic mechanical knowledge, especially with diesel-powered equipment.
• Ability to read maps and navigate efficiently.
• Experience with construction equipment, pump assembly, or field service work is a big plus!

Schedule & Environment

• Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Vehicle: Drive a Ford F-450 to various job sites
• Work Setting: Outdoor, hands-on, and customer-facing

Location

This is a Contract-to-Hire position based in West Palm Beach, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
