The Field Service Technician travels daily to customer sites across New England to evaluate, maintain, and repair pumps and related equipment. This role combines hands-on mechanical work in the field and in the shop with accurate documentation in a CRM system, all performed with a strong focus on safety and customer service.

This role is primarily field-based, with daily travel throughout New England to industrial customer sites, as well as time spent in the shop for evaluations and repairs. You will work in industrial environments around pumps and related equipment, using basic hand and power tools and standard diagnostic equipment. The position requires flexibility to travel regularly and to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support. Work conditions may include noisy areas, moving machinery, and varying site conditions, where adherence to safety procedures and appropriate work attire, including personal protective equipment, is essential.
