Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to perform repairs, maintenance, and inspections on equipment. The role involves troubleshooting equipment, interfacing with customers to discuss machine problems and operational issues, and providing nationwide and international support. When not on-site, you will provide phone support. This position requires traveling to customer sites, with the expectation to be home on weekends.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a Technician troubleshooting and repairing filling, food production, and/or packaging equipment.
• 2+ years of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
• 2+ years of experience in troubleshooting or installing equipment with mechanical and electrical functions.
• 1+ years of experience traveling for field work.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with packaging machinery and filling machines is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time - local, national and international.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sturtevant, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
