Field Service Technician

As a Field Service Technician, you will travel to industrial sites to install and service specialized equipment, ensuring that clients are well-trained in its use. This role involves approximately 50% travel. When not on-site, you will work at the Mason location, assisting in building, testing, and preparing machinery for shipment. Advanced troubleshooting experience, electrical knowledge, and mechanical aptitude are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to industrial sites to install and service equipment.
• Train customers on the proper utilization of equipment.
• Assist in building, testing, and preparing machinery for shipment at the Mason location.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting on equipment.
• Work with electrical systems, including 220v-480v power supplies.
• Engage with PLCs, with a preference for Siemens systems.

Essential Skills:

• 3+ years of field service experience working on capital equipment.
• Proficient in electrical systems and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to work with 220v-480v electrical systems.
• Experience with PLCs, Siemens preferred.

Job Type & Location:

This is a permanent position based out of Mason, OH.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr. 401k. Medical. Dental. Vision.
