Field Service Tech Manager

Sales Experience Needed

Pay: $75,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

Shift: 8am start time (could change depending on business needs)

Details:

• 60% of time in office, 40% of time out in the field servicing customers and building/maintaining relationships
• Commercial Restaurant industry
• Manage and support field technicians, providing necessary resources and guidance.
• New business expectations / commercial facilities and construction
• Up selling clients
• Engage in daily communication and proactive client interactions to maintain customer relationships.
• Train technicians and assist with troubleshooting as needed.
• Provide real-time coaching on job tasks.
• Meet KPIs and cover a wide range of territories.
• 5–8 years of trade management or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience managing teams of 10 or more.
• Strong understanding of construction and maintenance trades, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, framing, drywall, tile, cabinetry, and general finish work.
• Ability to understand technical scopes of work and support technicians and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of commercial building codes and ADA requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction estimating software.

Job Type & Location: This is a permanent position based out of San Diego, CA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
