Field Service Foreman

We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Foreman to perform essential baghouse tasks, including filter bag and cage installation, repairs, and other duties as directed by the Baghouse Crew Supervisor. The role requires developing and maintaining a working knowledge of products, installation techniques, and specifications for all projects. You will ensure that vendors and contractors have the appropriate certifications to meet safety compliance and will be required to travel to various locations (50-100%). Additionally, the position involves attending site-specific training and safety training sessions.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform baghouse tasks such as filter bag and cage installation.
  • Conduct baghouse repairs and other duties as directed by the Baghouse Crew Supervisor.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products, installation techniques, and specifications.
  • Ensure vendors and contractors have the necessary safety compliance certifications.
  • Travel to various locations as required (50-100%).
  • Attend all required site-specific and safety training sessions.
  • Lead a team of 4-5 bag techs on-site.

  • Mechanical skills
  • Repair proficiency
  • Experience with hand tools
  • Construction knowledge
  • Troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to read schematics and blueprints

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to use a laptop or tablet for documenting job notes and sending emails.
  • Capability to climb ladders up to 15 feet.
  • Ability to climb stairs up to 7 stories.
  • Ability to lift boxes, equipment, and parts between 50-75 lbs.
  • Leadership experience is necessary.

Work Environment:

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hebron, KY.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
