We're a well-established solar tracking installation company seeking a Traveling Heavy Equipment Mechanic to support large-scale ground mount solar projects across the U.S. If you're a hands-on problem solver with a passion for machinery and travel, this is your chance to work on cutting-edge solar infrastructure while exploring new locations.

Location: Nationwide Travel (U.S.)

Type: Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity

Pay: $40–$50/hr (DOE) + Daily Per Diem

Your Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic machinery (e.g., post pounders, drill rigs)
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and circuit repairs
• Service diesel engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC systems
• Conduct welding and fabrication as needed
• Ensure safe, efficient operation of all equipment on solar construction sites

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of heavy equipment experience (drill rig experience a plus)
• Strong skills in hydraulics, diesel engines, electrical systems, and controls (CANBUS, PLC, etc.)
• Valid driver's license (required upon hire)
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
