Immediate Hiring - Facilities Technician

As a Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for performing ongoing facility maintenance and completing repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment. Your duties will include general landscaping, fixing machinery, plumbing, heating, and wiring, inspecting buildings to confirm safety standards, and identifying, planning, and scheduling major repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform ongoing facility maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Conduct general landscaping tasks.
• Fix machinery, plumbing, heating, and wiring issues.
• Inspect building to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Identify, plan, and schedule major repair works.

Pay/Shift:

• 20/hr - 25/hr
• Monday through Thursday 7:30am - 5:30pm
• Optional overtime available

Job Type & Location:

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
