Now Hiring: Fabrication Technicians

Join our team as a Fabrication Technician, where you will be responsible for creating and finishing structures. This role is integral to our fabrication and finishing department, involving tasks such as packing, crating, drilling holes, applying handles, sealing product ends, and making angle cuts with chop saws. You will utilize tools such as nail guns, chop saws, drills, and other hand tools, requiring a mechanically inclined individual.

Responsibilities

• Pack and crate fiberglass products.
• Drill holes and apply handles to products.
• Seal ends of products
• Make angle cuts using chop saws.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools, including nail guns, chop saws, and drills.

Essential Skills

• Ability to pass a tape measure test.
• At least 3 months of experience in production, construction, or manufacturing, including side work.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools such as wrenches, ratchets, screwdrivers, tape measures, hammers, power drills, and nail guns.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required beyond passing the tape measure test.
• Good attendance and reliability are crucial.
• Entry-level position with on-the-job training provided.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bedford, PA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
